Ingredients

• 1/4 C butter
• 1 C heavy cream
• 1 cl garlic, crushed
• 1 1/2 C Parmigiano, grated
• 1/4 C parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Melt the butter, add the cream, and simmer 5 minutes. Add the garlic and whisk in the cheese to melt. Stir in the parsley and serve.
